450 / 500 BHN Liners
450 / 500 BHN Wear abrasion steel, noted for it’s hardness and utilised within industry for decades. Can comfortably outlast your general steel especially where sliding abrasion is present. Ideal for low to moderate conditions, has good bendability for forming, rolling etc.
We’ve had many successes utilising this product as liners, screen deck liners, ball mill liners especially when processed by our Waterjet process. Multiple small apertures can be processed over large areas while maintaining the structural integrity of material that is due to being processed by a ‘cold cutting process.
This material can be supplied from 4mm Thicknesses upwards and in coils.
